Configuration Steps

Basic Information

Run Name *

Give your test run a descriptive name

Target Phone Number *

The phone number that will receive the test calls

Call Duration Limit (seconds) *

Maximum call duration in seconds (60-1800)

Phone Agent Testing

This will make real phone calls to your target number using synthetic personas. Test phone numbers are automatically configured and not shown in the UI.
